How would you rate the customer service you receive from the AHEC library staff?

Why did you give the Charlotte AHEC library staff that score?

  2. Always responsive to my needs for journal article searches
  3. I asked the attendant for assistance finding a location on campus and was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service.

  5. Anytime I have a request for information or articles I am unable to find, the staff is very helpful and timely in their response.  I appreciate their efforts to assist me when needed.

Because they are excellent.  I have NEVER had a frown face-they are always pleasant.  I have always had someone there very willing to help or to get someone who can help---right away.  Initiating projects has been great-they have helped with searches and all sorts of things.   Really a great group---I would go one above excellent if I could.

  91. Everyone is always really nice and willing to help.  Even when e-mailing you get a response quickly.  It takes CCHS teachers days to respond sometime.
  92. She comes to meetings and answers emails but I don't think she has the power to provide us a better library database

  95. The library staff are very helpful and nice. I have benefited from their services since I started my nursing program, I am now towards the end of the program and still benefit from them.

  99. AHEC staff is awesome.  They are super fast about responding to emails and questions.
  100. I find the librarians are all extremely kind, responsive to all of my emails, and helpful!  The issues I have encountered with the AHEC library have nothing to do with the staff.  Rather, the issues are with the resources available.
